With over 38 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, Mr. K. Sivakumar Reddy is the visionary behind KSR Builders & Developers.
His career began with the successful execution of government infrastructure projects for the Karnataka Police Housing Corporation before joining DSR Group in 1991, where he played an instrumental role in delivering residential and commercial developments during Bengaluru's rapid urban transformation.
Over the years, he has built extensive expertise in project planning, engineering coordination, construction management, quality assurance, and organizational leadership.
In 2017, he established KSR Infra, earning recognition as a Class-I Contractor through a consistent commitment to engineering excellence, disciplined execution, and quality-focused practices. Under his leadership, the organization adopted internationally recognized ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Today, he leads KSR Builders & Developers with a vision to create thoughtfully designed communities founded on integrity, innovation, sustainability, and lasting value.
With over 27 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, he brings exceptional expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic business planning.
His journey began with DSR Group, where he managed Accounts & Finance, before key financial leadership roles at Sri Sreenivasa Infra and later KSR Infra — covering financial planning, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance and investment management.
As a Partner at KSR, he oversees financial strategy, corporate governance, investment planning, risk management, and long-term business sustainability, with a disciplined commitment to transparency.
With nearly three decades of construction experience, he has built a reputation for excellence in project execution and customer engagement.
His expertise spans construction planning, site management, contractor coordination, quality monitoring, scheduling and customer relationship management. He is recognized for practical leadership, meticulous planning, and delivering projects on time without compromising quality.
His hands-on approach ensures every KSR development reflects precision, consistency and superior workmanship from foundation to completion.
With over 20 years of experience in construction and technical operations, he brings deep expertise in engineering coordination, construction methodologies and quality assurance.
He was closely associated with Preethi Developers, contributing to several residential developments including the landmark Preethi Iksa Ville project.
